Shipping & Returns





Australian Orders
All orders (under 20kg & under 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Australia Post eParcel Receipted Delivery method. (tracking number)

We deliver to all PO Boxes across Australia.

All orders (over 20kg & over 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Star Track Express couriers. (tracking number)

All Ladder Orders within Australia will be sent via Direct Freight Express couriers. (tracking number)

International Orders
All orders outside Australia will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail, Air Mail Express or Sea Mail, except items over 20kg and/or over 1m in length.
Just Tools will email within 12 hours of receiving order a choice of delivery methods (Air Mail, Air Mail Express or Sea Mail) & prices. 
You are required to respond to this email with a chosen freight option/price & adjusted order total.
PayPal & Direct Deposit are only applicable payment options for International Orders.


All products ordered that are currently stock will be dispatched same day or next day. 
Allow between 1-8 working days for delivery* (depending on delivery address & if product is in stock) from you order being dispatched. 
All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 3-5 days to arrive in our store. 
We will email or call with an order update for products that are required to be ordered in from our supplier.
We can delivery direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.










Individual orders may be placed and paid by CREDIT CARD, DIRECT DEPOSIT BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL & GIFT VOUCHER

Warranties, Returns (Credit or Refund) & Repairs



The laws in Australia in relation to warranties against defects changed from 1 January 2012. The Australian Consumer Law has introduced new requirements.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled too a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where the manufacturer of any product you have bought from us provides a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is in additional to your other rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods.

The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by us. However, if you wish to make a warranty claim, and it is not clear from the manufacturer's warranty as to who you should contact or how to process a claim, you can contact Just Tools 03 9696 5722 or tools@justtools.com.au), and we will try and assist you with your claim.

In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against any manufacturer's warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.

If you are not satisfied with any items from this web site, then they may be returned within 7 days from receipt by you. 
All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include details of the invoice number, invoice date, copy of credit voucher (if applicable), reasons for return and contact details should we wish to get in touch with you.

Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total (excluding freight). 
Return freight costs will be covered by customer.

International Customers
All electrical tools require 240 volt electricity & tools bought from countries with 110v-120v electricity are void from any refunds (including freight costs), because of incorrect voltage supply. Please choose knowing that these 240v need a step-down transformer (240v-110v) to operate.


Goods are covered by manufacturers warranty of 1-5 years (depending on manufacturer) for Australian residents only.
All overseas orders, where goods are shipped outside of Australia, Just Tools does not cover return to store warranty claims & warranty freight costs. Warranty claims can be processed at a service repair agent in your country with the warranty receipt supplied by Just Tools
